02. Assessing benefits of off balance sheet financing

This module is intended for lease originators to win incremental transactions by demonstrating to potential customers that off balance sheet financing, through operating leases, not only invariably strengthens the customer’s balance sheet but, more often than not, also improves earnings!

The module compares an operating lease to either cash or a capital/finance lease or a loan. The output clearly demonstrates how key ratios (including current ratio, return on assets and leverage/gearing) are enhanced through operating leases and how earnings are often improved.
